* For support, “within” means the start of request processing. Phone support is provided at agreed times. It includes up to 1 hour per month; additional time is charged at 8 EUR / hour. For plans without phone support, phone consultation is charged at 60 EUR / hour. The NO LIMIT plan has a total storage capacity limited to 15 GB.
How to choose
The number of stops and content type matter most
START or MINI is usually enough for a small exhibition. Museums with more languages, statistics and galleries usually start with STANDARD. Larger routes and towns are best priced individually.
Small exhibition
10-20 stops, basic texts and simple content management.
Museum

Pricing questions
How much does QR Guide cost?
Plans start at 4 EUR per month (START: up to 10 stops, 1 language). The top plan, NO LIMIT, costs 80 EUR per month with unlimited stops and languages. Larger projects are quoted individually.
Are there any extra fees on top of the monthly price?
Prices are monthly with no hidden fees. You only pay separately for extras you order, such as content creation or migration, or phone consultations on plans without phone support.
How many languages does each plan include?
START includes 1 language, MINI 3, STANDARD 5, BIG 6 and NO LIMIT an unlimited number. All languages open from the same QR code.
How does the free month work?
We set up a full test account for one month. You create stops, upload content and test the guide on site. No card is needed and the trial does not renew automatically.
